It’s unfortunate if you are unsubscribing for one reason or another, but we understand. After canceling renewing payments, you will keep your subscription for one month after your last successful payment. Here are the instructions for canceling the recurring payments:
- Go to your Account Page. The account page can be found in the top menu bar, or by clicking that link.
- Click Subscriptions.
- Click View on your currently active subscription.
- Click cancel under “Actions”.
Please send an email if you are having a problem with your account or subscription. Leaving a comment here or on a random page will likely get missed and won’t help. If you send an email, you will get a response within one to two days.
