New Beyond Comic: Cinder Isle – The Cure

By | July 11, 2022

SapphireFoxx’s longest running comic was bound to get a Beyond retelling at some point. Cinder Isle: The Cure will premiere on August 3rd on the Beyond Site! With so many characters and plot lines, there’s a lot that can be added and changed in the Beyond universe. We already have multiple volumes of this Cinder Isle Beyond series planned.

“The 1996 outbreak of the mysterious T1G1 Virus has one seemingly small and insignificant change in the Beyond Universe’s timeline. Over time, this small change will grow bigger and harder to ignore as the Cinder Isle gang discovers the true potential of this plot twist.”

I don’t really want to spoil too much too early, but perceptive viewers might pick up on what is coming. 😉

If you’re relatively a new SapphireFoxx fan or otherwise never read the original Cinder Isle comic, now is a great time to catch up on what you’ve been missing!

Oh. My. God.

If we’re getting a version of Cinder Isle with futa’s (especially with Zoey becoming one), then just

Admittedly, I kinda was hoping for a version that gave us a bit of Female to Male transformations as well (IE: the school nurse transforming into a handsome, rugged male doctor instead of a blonde sexy nurse), rather than just bimbofication, but ehhh, I’ll take Male to Futa transformations as a smol win.

Touché, but here’s hoping the futa’s come in all sizes, no matter how big or small.

Still, can’t help but wonder if it’s just the guys who’ll end up as Futa’s or if the girls that catch the virus *also* get the futa variant. Hopefully, it’ll be both.

Speaking of, I initially didn’t have much interest in Cinder Isle when it first came out (even giving up during the Halloween arc when Gavin, Shane and Zoey encountered one of the ghosts). Still, after binging the entire comic in a single day (I think it was on the day the final page dropped), I came to appreciate it a fair bit.

Also, having knowledge of Diamond is Unbreakable and Stranger Things (both of which I can’t help but feel serve as inspiration for Cinder Isle) on my side made it more interesting to read the second time around. And overall, I enjoyed it in the end.

The only gripe I had was the length. Don’t get me wrong, a comic that’s 400+ pages is okay by me, but 700 pages… I can tell it was a big one. Either way, I’m really jazzed to see where this Beyond comic will go, especially if it’s gonna give us futa’s, and honestly, I think seeing Zoey turned into a futa would be enough to completely sell me on the comic alone.

After all, if Sanji from One Piece can be a simp for Nami, Nefertari Vivi, Nico Robin and other women, then consider me a simp for the likes of Kelly, Phoebe, Lara and all the other futa’s in the SF Multiverse.
