Since the early hours of Saturday April 3, the Beyond site has been experiencing problems with the payment processor causing all payments to fail. We apologize for this inconvenience and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
This payment error has happened for any monthly renewal taking place since April 4, as well as any purchases for new subscribers or sign ups. There is not a problem with your cards or accounts, the payment processor itself has not been able to connect to the site.
I will give any updates on the problem being resolved as soon as I can.

my may 01 payment fail and still charge me but I to sign up again to on may 07 Subscription payment went though ! i need your help foxx
Again some 3 days down the track an email sent and still no help to reset account. Not happy
