I have to admit that Diplomacy wasn’t a great idea for a community game, but I’m now doing something that’s a hundred times better. I’m very excited to announce that I’ll be starting a Minecraft sever for the SapphireFoxx community! The server will be open 24/7 so that you can play with your fellow community members at any time, even me! In addition, I will hold two weekly events where I will be guaranteed to be on, and organize something to do for everyone. Here are the two events I have in mind:
Saturday Showdown
2 to 5 PM (GMT -5)
Are you familiar with Achievement Hunter’s Minecraft Let’s Play videos? If so, you’ve probably seen their ‘King’ episodes. I’ll be hosting my own King game each Saturday for you to partake in. Here’s how it works: I’ll give everyone participating a task to do, such as bring me a pink wool, or build to the top of the world. The first person to complete that task will get a block of gold. Whoever gets four pieces first will be crowned as the Minecraft Player of the Week! If the King game finishes early, we’ll have other competitive games to play afterwards like Capture the Flag, Arenas, ect.
Monday Night Minecraft
7 to 10 PM (GMT -5)
A non-completive event where you can partake in various activities. Go on an adventure, help build something, or just hang out and chat with SapphireFoxx and fellow community members. It can be open to do whatever you want, or I could arrange for us to do something for the week, like fighting the Ender Dragon.
Even if you can’t make the events, the sever will be open all the time for you to hang out and play with others. I will always be at the events, but you could also catch me online at some random times during the week.
There’s one important thing I need to know from all of you. I need to know how many people want to play so that I can get the right sized server. If you have (or are willing to buy) Minecraft and want to play during the events at any point, please leave a comment saying that you want to play.
